Schedule Appointment

A member of our team will contact you to confirm your appointment request. Appointments are not final until then.

1. Document Your Pet’s Behavior
Keep a detailed log of your pet’s behavior. Note when it happens, how intense it is, what triggers it, and what you’ve already tried to manage it. Patterns and context help us understand what your pet is experiencing.

2. Gather Medical History
Bring a full medical history from your primary veterinarian, including recent visits, lab work, medications, vaccinations, and any past or current medical conditions. Some behaviors have underlying medical causes, so this information is essential.

3. Share Behavioral Background
Tell us about your pet’s training history, socialization experiences, and any big life changes or environmental shifts. This gives us a clearer picture of how your pet has adapted over time.

4. Describe Their Environment
Provide insight into your pet’s daily life — their routine, living space, and interactions with people and other animals. Changes in the home can influence behavior, and we want to consider every factor.

5. Bring or Send Video Clips (if possible)
Short videos of your pet’s behavior can be extremely helpful. They allow us to observe triggers and reactions that might not occur during the consultation.

6. Prepare Your Questions
Write down any questions or concerns you have before your appointment — from treatment options and timelines to training methods and prognosis. This ensures we cover everything important to you.

7. Pack Helpful Items
Bring your pet’s essentials: medical records, favorite treats or toys, any training tools you’ve been using, and a comfortable leash, harness, or carrier for transport.

8. Be Open and Honest
Your transparency helps us help your pet. Share openly about your pet’s challenges, home dynamics, and what has or hasn’t worked in the past. The more we know, the more tailored and effective your treatment plan will be.

By taking these steps, you’ll help ensure a productive and supportive consultation — and set your pet on the path toward calmer, happier days ahead.
